Where can I get the application form for an Indian passport surrender?
I have filed my Indin passport surrender certificate from the online Passport Seva portal by logging in to the portal, filing all the details in the application, uploading all the documents, booking an appointment for the in-person interview, and paying the required fees for my surrender certificate.
You can download a surrender certificate from the online Passport Seva portal by visiting the forms and affidavits corner, and then clicking on the print application form.

What is a surrender certificate?
A surrender certificate is a certificate that is issued to individuals who have renounced their Indian citizenship by surrendering their Indian passport. Once they have surrendered their Indian passport, they are not allowed to travel with an Indian passport. If they do so, then they are liable for the penalty and charges.
