For the PIO to OCI conversion application, you can pay fees through the online mode or card with a convenience charge of 3.75% over the total payment. You can pay fees through the card, Visa, money order, bank, or cashier's check to the VFS services USA.

We have taken help from VFS Global to convert my daughter's PIO card to an OCI card. Like others, I also paid a $275 application fee and around a $15 courier fee, along with the service charges of VFS to process the application.
