To change your name on the OCI card, you need to visit the official website of the OCI services and go to the OCI miscellaneous services, then fill out an online application form to update your name or correct your name in the OCI card. Select your service 'Change of name' and upload all the supporting documents to change your name on the OCI card. For the minors, get the supporting documents signed by both parents and pay the required fees for OCI card miscellaneous services.
