I'm traveling from San Francisco to India next week and completed the Digital e-Arrival Card yesterday evening. The submission appeared successful, and I received an application reference number on the screen.
However, when I log back into the portal to check the status, nothing is showing. The page either remains blank or says no application found. I also haven't received any confirmation email or QR code yet.
This is making me nervous because India's Digital e-Arrival Card is now mandatory for foreign nationals and OCI cardholders traveling to India. The QR code is supposed to be presented during immigration clearance after arrival.
I'm an OCI cardholder and my flight is in four days. Has anyone else experienced the e-Arrival Card India status not showing after submission?
I flew from Toronto to Mumbai recently and had a similar issue.
The portal showed "No Record Found" for almost half a day after submission. I was convinced something had gone wrong.
The next morning, the application status was visible and the QR code was ready to download.
I would strongly recommend taking screenshots of the submission confirmation page. That's what saved me from worrying because I had proof that the form was successfully submitted.
Several travelers in my local OCI group reported delayed status updates as well.
Yes, I experienced exactly the same thing while traveling from New York to Delhi last month.
After submitting the e-Arrival Card, I received a reference number but couldn't see any status when I logged back in. I thought my application had disappeared.
About five hours later, I checked again and the status appeared automatically. Shortly afterward, the QR code became available for download.
I didn't need to create a new application.
From what I've noticed, the system doesn't always update immediately. If you have your reference number, I would wait several hours before trying again.

I think the portal is still experiencing occasional technical issues.
My family submitted four e-Arrival Cards before traveling from London to Bengaluru. Two applications showed status updates immediately, while the other two didn't appear until several hours later.
What's interesting is that all four QR codes were eventually generated without any action from us.
I wouldn't submit another application immediately because duplicate submissions might create confusion. Instead, wait a few hours and try logging in again.
Also try accessing the system through the official Su-Swagatam mobile app if the website isn't displaying your information correctly. Some travelers have reported better results there.
