Yes, OCI cardholders need to have a PAN card, which is mandatory for them to carry out their financial transactions and file ITRs. It is a 10-digit code, which is generally known as a PAN number.

    OCI can have a PAN card in India. Here is a simple application for the PAN application for NRIs. They need to fill out the application form 49AA, then need to fill in all the personal information and upload all the correct documents for the PAN card application. After paying the fees for the PAN card application, you would get the acknowledgment number, which you can use to track your PAN card application.
