For the PIO to OCI card conversion, I have also filled an online application form for the OCI card instead of a PIO card, and entered all the information correctly, and uploaded all the documents, like photos, OCI card application, valid passport, a copy of the PIO card, and other documents, then paid the fees online and booked an appointment for the verification of documents. Then applied to the Indian mission or post and waited for the processing of my OCI card.
