How Can I Check My e-PAN Status?

I had a similar experience. The application showed as being processed for a while before the PAN was issued.

Once the application is completed, you should be able to access or receive the e-PAN according to the service you used. If the status stays unchanged for an unusually long time, check the official portal for any pending action.

For my application, the status didn't change immediately. I waited a few days and then checked again using the application details.

If you're an NRI, make sure the email address and other contact details you entered are correct. I'd use the official PAN service website rather than third-party status-checking sites.

I checked mine using the acknowledgment/reference number from the application. The status page showed whether the application was still under processing or completed.

Once my PAN was allotted, I received the e-PAN separately by email. I'd check your spam/junk folder too.

My experience from the UK was similar. I kept checking the PAN application status every few days, and after it showed the PAN had been allotted, I was able to access the e-PAN.

The physical PAN card took longer to arrive because it was being delivered overseas, but the digital version was available much sooner. Processing timelines can vary, though, so don't worry if yours takes a little longer.
