The best way to get a job in the UK from Indian is to get transferred internally through your Indian company for a project. Then, for a few years, work in the UK. That way, you can pass off as an individual with work experience in the UK. The local companies can then offer you a job. The firms in the UK are typically quite reluctant to hire a stranger from a different nation who is not even physically present in the country while applying for the job.

Legally speaking, unless your Indian company sends you on their behalf is the only option you have to get a job in the UK is to apply for a job in the country and get an offer letter. With that job offer, you can apply for a Tier 2 General visa, which allows you to stay and work in the UK. Now, speaking practically, getting a job offer from a UK company is difficult as the government of the country themselves are not making it simple for non-Europeans to find a job in the country. Apart from this, the other ways to get a job in the UK require having a lot of money by your side.

Getting a job in the UK from India depends on your degree and work experience. There are some jobs in the UK that have a shortage of qualified experts, and for the rest, it is simple to recruit from people already residing.

If you are applying for a job in the UK on your own, the only way is for a company in the UK to hire you. Once you have a job offer from a UK company, you can get a sponsor and an agency. The second thing is easy, i.e., getting a sponsor or agency, but not the first thing. Getting a job offer from a US company means you have convinced them that you have exceptional skills. Also, the company did not find a resident to fill the job vacancy.
