How Long Does Police Clearance Certificate Last?

I applied for a student visa in the UK and had a similar question. Before submitting my documents, I checked the visa guidance, and it specified how recent the police certificate needed to be.

Based on that experience, I'd recommend checking directly with the embassy, immigration department, university, or employer requesting the PCC. The certificate may still be valid in one situation but not accepted in another because the requesting authority sets its own document requirements.

As I cannot go to the nearest police station, I applied for a PCC application through the Passport Seva Kendra website by filling out an online police application with all the correct details, and supporting documents, like proof of address, a copy of a passport, and any proof of criminal history, then by paying the online fees I have sumbitted my PCC application and booked an onine appointment with the nearest Passport Seva Kendra or at the Indian embassy or consulate, then after submitting the printed PCC application with all the supporting docuemnts and biometrics, such as fingerprints, and photo, after the few days of the application submission, I got my PCC safely.

I have applied for an Indian Police clearance certificate by going to the nearest police station, and provided all the essential information to the police officer for the verification of my background, then after answering some of the questions, for the purpsoes of my PCC application, I have submitted all the essntial docuemnts for my PCC application, and paid fees by the online payment method. After the approval of the authorities, I finally got my Indian police clearance certificate.
