Yes, you can travel to India with a valid OCI card and also stay or work in India for an indefinite period. With a valid OCI card, you can enter India visa-free without reporting to any higher officials or local police for your duration to stay.

    Here are the documents by which you can apply for an OCI card to travel easily to India with a valid foreign passport. Printed OCI application form, two passport-size photos, a copy of the foreign passport, a copy of the naturalisation certificate, a copy of the birth certificate, and a signature on a blank paper.
