Yes, your PAN card can be misused by someone if you have lost or misplaced your PAN. In that case, you should raise a complaint on the official website of the TIN NSDL by searching the 'Customer care' section, and clicking on the 'complaints/queries' tab. Then click on the Open a complaint form and enter all the details, and click on submit. Then your complaint will be successfully registered.
