Hi, I always make sure to stay up-to-date on all these things, so here's what you need to know. For EB-2 (members of the Professions and Aliens of Exceptional Ability). India will advance by more than six weeks to December 1, 2012, China will advance by two weeks to May 8, 2020, whereas all other countries will advance by six weeks to May 15, 2023. For EB-3 (Professional and Skilled Workers), India will advance by almost seven weeks to February 1, 2013, and China will advance by one month to August 1, 2020. For EB-3 (other workers), India will advance by almost seven weeks to February 1, 2013. The Philippines will advance by five weeks to January 15, 2021, and all other countries will advance by two months to February 1, 2021.
In the January 2025 visa bulletin, there is a slight advancement for the EB-2 and EB-3 for some categories and countries. However, the waiting period for the employment-based immigration remains lengthy, which is a major challenge for employers to seek the top talent.

As much as I know, for EB-2, the advancements were that India will advance more than six weeks to December 1, 2012. China will advance by two weeks to May 8, 2020, and all other countries will advance by six weeks to May 15, 2023. That's all I know because I read this somewhere.
