Ds-160 Asks Me for My Border Crossing Card Number?

No, the DS-160 form does not ask you for your border crossing card but you need to show some other documents which are: a passport with at least six months validity, a confirmation page for the DS-160 application, a receipt for the application fee, and a photo.
