Here are some of the best investment opportunities for the OCIs and NRIs in India, which are given below: 

Direct Equity: It is one of the best investments for the NRIs and the OCI cardholders in India, which helps to deal with inflation and provide long-term high returns. NRis who invest in this can purchase shares on the Bombay Stock Exchange in India, or from the National Stock Exchange.  

Mutual funds: One of the major investment opportunities for the NRI and OCI cardholders is to invest in mutual funds. ot is also way more secure than the direct equities. Mutual funds provide options like extended equity, hybrid funds for investments. Here, you can create a profile based on risk management. Also, in the mutual funds, you will add the funds through a systematic withdrawal plan (SWP). Furthermore, Mutual funds provide an SIP investment, which is beneficial for the NRIs and the OCI cardholders because they are easy to use, simple, and provide long-term profits at an affordable price. 

Real estate: Investing in real estate is also a beneficial investment option for the NRIs and the OCI cardholders. OCI cardholders and NRIs are allowed to purchase any residential or commercial properties in India, but all the payments should be made directly through their NRE/NRO bank accounts in India. These investments are one os the best investments that provide high returns to the OCIs and NRIs.
