Yes, NRIs need to link their PAN card with their Aadhaar card urgently if they don't want their PAN card to become invalid or deactivated. They can fill out an application form online from the e-filing portal by entering all the correct information and uploading all the essential documents. After they need to enter an OTP, you will get a notification of the successful linking of your PAN to your Aadhaar card.

If you are an NRI, then you must link your PAN with your Aadhaar card because it is mandatory by the government of India. If you fail to do so, then your PAN will be invalid, which will result in not being able to file ITR, not being able to do transactions, or getting a higher TDS deduction rate.

For the NRIs as well as Indian residents, the linking of PAN card is very crucial, and if they haven't linked then they need to link it by going through the official e-filing portal by entering all the details like PAN number and Aadhar card number for the successful linking of PAN card with Aadhar.

Here are the simple steps to link your PAN and Aadhaar card: First, visit the official website of the e-filing portal of the income tax department. Then you need to search the Link to Aadhar PAN and provide all your details, such as PAN number, Aadhar card number, and other details. After all this process, you will get an OTP on your registered number, and after entering the OTP, you will successfully link your PAN with Aadhaar.
