Do I need to pay my application fee again if my application is rejected, or will I be refunded for the rejected application and then required to pay the fee again for the new application?
Take my suggestion and apostille all your documents that are issued outside India because starting from December 30th, 2024, any document issued outside India must be apostilled before applying for an OCI card. Currently, this requirement applies in India and the USA.

1. Reapply for OCI Renewal- Under the Change in Personal Particulars section
2. Fill the form on the OCI portal
3. Upload Required Documents
4. Mail the pacakge to VFS
