Here are the simplest steps to check your updated OCI status: first, you need to visit the official website of the OCI services, then you need to go and select 'OCI Enquiry', then you need to fill in your application number and passport number to get your updated OCI status. Here are two main things which you will need to track the OCI application status:

    • Your application ID, which you will get at the time of application registration.
    • You will need your valid passport number to track the OCI application status.

I have checked my OCI application status, which helps me to provide real-time progress of my OCI application. Upon checking the OCI application status, I can get updates related to the OCI application, and it also helps me to help with my application if my application is rejected due to missing documents.

There are different types of status that you can see for your OCI application. First, 'Under Process', which is used for the application that is still under process. Second, 'Processed' is used for the application that is completed. Third, 'Waiting for Dispatch', it is used when your order is collected and ready for delivery. Fourth, 'Dispatch', it means your order has successfully reached you.
