One of my favourite destinations for a budget vacation is Turkey. You can purchase discounted tickets from any major international airport in India. The food in Turkey is as affordable as in India. You also have affordable accommodation options, and to help you plan your trip to Turkey, here are a few places I visited and loved. Ankara, Antalya, Rize, Bursa, Izmir, and Ottoman.

The perfect destination for an international vacation, other than the cheapest country, Dubai, is none other than Vietnam. 1 INR is equivalent to 347 Vietnamese Dong, which should clear up all your confusion.

In my experience, the cheapest and most convenient countries to travel to are Nepal and Bhutan. You can travel between the two countries by road, and you don't even need to take a flight, which saves you a lot of money. For visiting Nepal, you don't even need an Indian passport. You just need a valid Indian ID. Although for Bhutan, you would still need a passport.

I agree with the answer about Bhutan. A friend of mine recently went there, and he told me that people over there actually let you live in their house for free. Not everyone, but some for sure.

I would strongly recommend that everyone visit Nepal at least once in their lifetime. It is such a beautiful place and also closer to India. Visiting Nepal is very budget-friendly. You will be able to find affordable lodges and high-quality food. If you are someone like me who loves adventure or trekking, then Nepal is a must-visit destination on a budget.
