What is the Process in the USA to Convert PIO to OCI?

Here is the detailed process for the PIO to OCI conversion in the USA. 

1. Got to the official website of the OCI services
2. Click on the OCI registration lieu of the PIO card.
3. Now click ok on after reading all the instructions. 
4. Answer the simple question, and click on the enter button.
5. Click on the Fresh application button
6. Now you need to select your jurisdictional location, and enter all the details in the OCI application form, like Birth date, name, and after entering all the details, you need to click on the continue button. 
7. Now you need to fill in the OCI application Part B with all the correct information, review the information correctly, and if you want to change any information, then click on the m, modify button; otherwise, click on the continue button. 
8. Then you need to attach your correct signature same as in the supporting documents, and your clear and high-quality photo. 
9. After submitting your OCI application, you will get a reference number that you need to note down. It is helpful later in the OCI application form. 
10. Now, answer all the questions in the checkboxes and click on continue. 
11. Click on the generate registration form, and upload all the essential documents for your OCI card 
12. After uploading all the documents, you need to click on the submit button, and your OCI application is successfully submitted.
