For the conversion of the PIO to an OCI card application, I have provided a consent letter to make changes or corrections in the OCI application, and other related documents, like a valid PIO (Persons of Indian Origin), a valid foreign passport, and additional documents, along with the required fees receipt.

Here are some of the common mistakes that applicant makes while filing an OCI application, which lead to the rejection of the application.

    1. Attaching poor-quality, blurry photos.
    2. Not uploading a good quality signature or ot matched with the supporting documents.
    3. Forgot to upload all the supporting documents.
    4. Providing an incorrect passport number or date of issue of the passport.
    5. Entering incorrect names, place of birth, and date of birth.
    6. Providing wrong numbers and email addresses.
    7. Incorrect address in the OCI conversion application form.
    8. Application Form Part B was not signed by the parents of a minor.
