The process for obtaining refugee or asylum status is as follows: you can register through the UNHCR - The UN Refugee Agency which will record, verify, and update your information after that you need to give an interview for Refugee Status Determination (RSD) in which you have been asked about your general details like family, education, and occupation, your RSD decision will be in process and determined by the UNHCR.

    To get a refugee or asylum status, you need to first register for the refugee status determination, in between your biographical and other data should be collected, and when you need to go for through an interview, where you need to state the reason for fleeing your country, and after that you will get a final decision, weather you will get a refugee status or not.
