According to me, there are no such benefits that immigrants get when they come to America. It is a general misconception among the people of America, the UK, and all Western countries about immigrants. I met many people who said no. Those people face the same issues, even more than the locals, because of the accent or language problem. Also, compared to American citizens, migrants work harder to compete with the rest, and in many places, they excel.
