America neither forbids nor recognizes dual citizenship. Also, dual citizenship depends on whether the other nation allows it or not, as India does not allow dual citizenship. So, if you are an Indian citizen and acquire US citizenship, in this case, you need to leave your Indian citizenship and be left with only the citizenship of one country.

Yes, the US allows dual citizenship. It does not disallow it, nor does it give any recognition to it. If you have citizenship of another country other than the US, for the US government, you do not exist. You cannot seek consular services or claim them while in America on US soil. However, while living in the country, you will be treated the same as a local American citizen.

The US does not disallow dual citizenship. America does not care if you have citizenship of another country or not. If you are in the US, that's all the country considers you. Additionally, there is no law that prevents you from holding citizenship of another country in the US. It is as if it is not mentioned in the US law.

Yes, the USA allows dual citizenship, and I want to get the US citizenship, but to get it, I have to surrender my Indian citizenship, because Indian does not allow dual citizenship according to the Indian Citizenship Act. American dual citizenship allows many advantages for people. However, there are certain obligations that you will be considered a Naturalised American.

America does not have any regulations or limits on its citizens acquiring citizenship in other countries. But like every nation, while in America holding citizenship of the US, an individual is treated and expected to behave exactly like other citizens of the US. In case they do not want to do this, they need to apply for a US visa and enter the country as a visitor.

Yes, it is possible to have US citizenship and acquire citizenship of another country. America has no specific list of nations with which it allows or denies dual citizenship. As long as the laws of the other nation allow, a citizen of the US can hold citizenship in that country.

Yes, America allows dual citizenship. However, the country does not recognize it, and it depends on the other country whether it allows dual citizenship or not.
