No. If you have a valid Indian passport after becoming a US/UK citizen, then you cannot travel to India. According to Indian law. If you have a foreign country's nationality, then you have to renounce your Indian passport. After the surrender of your Indian passport, you cannot travel to India unless you have a valid USA or UK passport with you.

An individual with a US or UK citizenship cannot travel to India if he/she doesn't have a valid US or UK passport. They need to get a passport or apply for an OCI card to enter India safely and securely. If they travel with an Indian passport after surrendering, then they can face criminal offensive charges or can end up in jail due to the Indian Passport Act.

If an individual has surrendered their Indian passport, then they cannot travel to India with a foreign citizenship. However, they can apply for an OCI card, which helps them to travel in India without any need for a visa. They can apply for an OCI card through the OCI services by filling out an online application and uploading all the documents for the online OCI application. They need to book an appointment and submit the application to the application centre with all the supporting documents and fees.

The Indian Citizenship Act, 1955, does not allow an Indian origin to hold any dual citizenship. If you have a citizenship of the USA or the UK, then you cannot travel to India with an Indian passport. If you travel with your Indian passport after surrendering it, then it will be considered a criminal offence under the Indian Passport Act, and you can face a penalty or even imprisonment.
