The time process for the immigration application can depend on the type of application which is for Form I-130 processing time is 14 months, for Form I-129 Premium and I-140 Premium processing time is 2 weeks, for Form I-129 Non-Premium process time is 2 months, and for Form I-765, I-131 Advance Parole, I-539, I-824 can take up to 3 months for the process of immigration application.
There is no fixed time for immigration applications in the USA. It may take a couple of days to a couple of months or a fortnight. Once your visa is approved, it needs to be printed, attached to your passport, and couriered for the remaining administrative process. Allowing a week or two is sufficient to wait for your immigration application once it is received. Additionally, currently, there is not so much of a rush these days.
