Yes, the fees for Indian passports have been changed. However, don't worry, you can calculate the exact fee on the official Passport Seva website using the passport fee calculator based on your application type. It will inform you of the fees for various services, including Police Clearance Certificate, Identity Certificate, Surrender Certificate, etc. You can calculate the exact fees you need to pay by simply entering your details. I estimated my passport fee using the same tool; you guys should also try it once.

According to the new changes made by the Indian government for the Indian passport application, the fees are non-refundable. If any applicant who is a minor and between the ages of 15-18 years of age and wants to get a 10-year Indian passport will need to pay the required fees. If you have applied for a Tatkaal application for the Indian passport, then you have to pay the required Tatkaal fees. If any applicant is applying Indian passport for the first time, then he or she will get a discount of 10% on the total fees.
